TERMS & POLICIES
Payments Are Due the first week of each month.
Late Payments or Missed Payments
As a standard rule, any payments that are received later than the 21st day of
each month will incur a $20 charge on their account.
Overdue payments will be forwarded to a collection agency if special
arrangements have not been made with our administration.
Refunds & Missed Sessions
There are no refunds for missed sessions. When registering for music
sessions, you are reserving a weekly scheduled time for your young
musician. Included with this scheduled time is having an instructor, a studio
space and use of equipment. Please inquire if there is an alternative session
that your child can attend if they miss one of their own sessions. If an
appropriate alternative hour is available, your child may attend.
An appointment can be made to discuss any extenuating circumstances.
Snow Days
If the weather experts are requesting people not to drive on the roads... don't
come. We will re-schedule lessons or credit your account.
Holidays
Our Studio will not be open for regular music programs: Family Day / Good
Friday / Easter Monday / Victoria Day / Canada Day / Civic Holiday / Labour
Day.
